The pregnancy has come and gone and now is the time for, you guessed it, losing the baby weight.? I have to admit that I am not a very good dieter.? I love to eat and trying to refrain from eating makes me just want to eat more.? My guilty pleasure is snacks.

I could snack all day long (and honestly, I have done it a lot).? I love salty things, chocolaty things, sweet thing, sour things, and savory things.

I need some help if I am going to lose all this weight that I have gained.

SmartPop Popcorn is 94% fat free, and even better there is only 100 calories in 6 whole cups of popped popcorn!? Usually 100 calories only gives me about a half a cookie or a small bag of pretzels.? With SmartPop I can eat 6 entire cups and not feel guilty.

I have purchased the small, individual sized bags of SmartPop for work.? There I can pop it into a microwave and be snacking in about 2 minutes.? The small bags are good portion control for me since I tend to eat an entire bag of popcorn if it is sitting in front of me.? Recently TJ and I tried out the Pop Up Bowl bags of SmartPop when we watched a movie together when daddy was working late.

We both loved it!? Really, I didn?t miss too much of the butter.? It tasted great, and your fingers weren?t too greasy afterwards! TJ loved it (which is saying a lot since he is about the pickiest eater there is on the planet)!
