It looks like the authorities weren't, um, outfoxed after all when it came down to nabbing Matthew Fox's mug shot. The 45-year-old "Lost" star, who still looks a bit stunned by his DUI bust in the photo two months later, managed to avoid the infamous jail snap at the time of his arrest because the jail's camera was broken.
But, it's clearly up and running now.

The thesp returned to the Deschutes County Jail in Bend, Ore., jail Friday to have his photo taken after getting busted for DUI in May. In June, Fox averted jail time for the charge.
The DUI charge was "diverted" into a special program that required Fox to complete a court-mandated treatment program.
